First battery ordered from factory arrived well packaged but did not have insulators on the post. Sent message to seller addressing situation and possibility of accidental shorting, seller replied saying they never thought of it but all future batteries would have insulators, my second battery arrived with insulators. My point is the manufacturer responds to messages and they correct items

Surprisingly decent quality battery for the money. But the real positive here is on behalf of the seller themselves. Out of the four batteries that I ordered, I had one battery that was damaged in shipping and they worked with me to make it right.
