Item was well packaged to ensure no damage in transit would occur and used a reputable shipper (NOT YOU, USPS!) Seller didn't notice it was missing the HDD caddy, but that's not a deal breaker, as it was described as is. He responded quickly to verify the information, so honest mistake, no harm done.
