Seller did exactly what they said. Problem is the people who actually deliver packages (UPS) do not care. The package had DO NOT BEND written on both sides, cardboard was inserted for reinforcement, but the package still got bent. Very clear it was not the seller. Sad that UPS workers gets a pay raise and still can't do their job right. I thank the seller but I am beyond furious at these shipping companies. They should be giving me a refund but they will never take responsibility

Hello agree with you 100% but not the UPS they deliver with care It is USPS who as you say continue charging exorbitant fees and the quality decreases with every raise
They should stick to envelopes and let the carriers who know howto deliver packages do it UPS FedEx

Also, it was wrapped in an EXCELLENT manner which made sure that it (the 12 x 12 calendar) did NOT get bent. They wrote on BOTH sides of the envelope ("do not bend"). And it surely was NOT bent! :-) Great price, too, which I appreciate. I recommend this seller. :-)
