Seller shipped expensive MINT condition pants in a cheap plastic bag. When I receive the package, the plastic bag was ripped open. Exposing and causing damage the pants. I sent photos and suggested a $25 partial refund to cover cost of cleaning and damage to the garment. The seller then DENIED the damage and IGNORED my message to resolve the issue. DO NOT BUY from this seller! WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced!

Very Simple - Buyer Stated Damaged Item After Having Them For 16 Days - Which We replied please return for a refund we have a 30 day refund policy on unworn items . No proof given of damaged goods . Never opened a return request - We do not do give partial refund to scam artists . Decided to keep a pair of pants " With Large hole from shipping the item " . Why not return for a full refund of the damaged item ?
