Product described as "new" with a new price tag but was obviously used. Arrived in box with packing tape all over it (previously opened, which it wasn't supposed to be), things rattled inside (poor packing NOT from manufacturer), and product was damaged (black marks and scratches). Seller fully refunded my money (good) & did not want it back. Said he had 2 and sent wrong one (hmmm...). It could have been worse, but my experiences on ebay are almost always perfect, so this stands as a negative.

    It does what it is meant for. Good price, great deal.

    I bought this for my mother, she's betting older and mixing with a hand mixer has gotten to be a bit much for her. The Sunbeam 2353 Stand Mixer is perfect for her. Easy to set up, easy to clean. It does a great job mixing cookie dough and cake batter. It has the power to mix breads. I checked out this and others both on line and in store. The Sunbeam was by far the best for the money.She loves it and I am pleased.

    Sunbeam Mixer

    I bought this as a birthday present for my daughter. She loves it. She never was much of a baker,but she now bakes a lot. Her 11 yr. old daughter even uses it. Works great.

    Mixes like a champ.

    I like it for its color and overall function. But it has one flaw, the mixer if it is used hard for cookie dough ect. tends to work too hard and has an odor from the motor. It gets too hot. Otherwise I really like it. I use it several times a week.
