Received the hitch, in only two days. It seems to be a real quality product. Only took about 20 minutes to mount it on my trailer. I believe the set screws were not of good quality. I did replace them because the wrench kept slipping and wasn’t able to grip the inside well enough to tighten them appropriately. I’ve now traveled over 1000 miles with this sway hitch. It has made a world of difference in towing my 3500 pound trailer. Highly recommended.

Box came looking rough with holes. However, all the parts seem to be there. No instructions are included. The parts look fairly good. The set screws for the trailer mounting plate is not pointed like the ones that come with the Anderson unit. All in all it looks like a good unit. I'll be installing this coming weekend.
