Definitely well shy of 6 million scoville units-- but that's very much ok. This sauce is DELICIOUS and has a strong kick to it that builds over time. The awesome flavors come through at first and after a bit you start to feel the heat which is by all standards HOT but not unbearable which is why I love this. You can eat it on whatever and stop when it starts to really heat up. 10 out of 10!
