Product described as "new" with a new price tag but was obviously used. Arrived in box with packing tape all over it (previously opened, which it wasn't supposed to be), things rattled inside (poor packing NOT from manufacturer), and product was damaged (black marks and scratches). Seller fully refunded my money (good) & did not want it back. Said he had 2 and sent wrong one (hmmm...). It could have been worse, but my experiences on ebay are almost always perfect, so this stands as a negative.

    The Iphone 7 plus is an awesome value, compared to some of its earlier ancestors. Some of the features worth noting include - 1. A much improved camera, with the most raved about portrait mode. 2. Water resistance is a welcomed addition. No need to worry about your phone getting wet so easily and being destroyed. 3. More ram for increased performance and better handling of applications. 4. Great battery life a feature that is missing in quite a number of android phones. 5. Apps that run well and are free of bugs that slow down your phone. 6. Very responsive fingerprint sensor. The Iphone 7 is an all around great option for persons looking for a reliable, well built cellphone with a ton of useful features.
