NKO Krill Oil
I have been using NKO krill oil for about 1 year. When researching online, before deciding which krill oil to use, NKO was listed as one of the top brands. The company actually did its own research on krill oil use. Their standards are also very high. I stated using it for joint knee discomfort. Now nothing short of knee replacement will correct the bad knee joints, but I have to state that krill oil, 1000mg a day sure makes a noticeable difference for me. I take 1one 1000mg Tab per day in the morning. I purchase the 3 months supply which ends up being cheaper. When buying make sure you watch what the mg amount. The 500s are less expensive but you may have to use more..so you are not really saving money. Always start with the smaller dose and see what works best for what you are using it ...
