    Capsules feel full!

    This product seems to be helping,sometimes I feel a little tinge of gout coming on,so I make sure to take my evening dose(1-2 capsules)with dinner. It's keeping my gout at bay,thank God! I had gout so bad once I couldn't walk,I had to crawl around my house like an invalid for a whole month!Plus I felt like I was going to die!

    Cause and effect? Possibly.

    I take one Gout Out daily, no alcohol, healthy diet, and one tart cherry pill; and my gout is under control 99% of the time. I don't know how effective GO is; but for the small cost, it is worthwhile. My doctor knows that I use it. Gout is terrible!

    My neighbor!
