- p***9 (5)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseThe item was in excellent condition, came on time, and included usb cable and power supply. Initial setup was easy. However, I did find that the Sync Module would not save any clips and that Blink support was basically useless. You may need to immediately ask them for the module firmware to be upgraded to v 16 or higher to save anything. The local storage software is really crippled compared the cloud storage. No clip thumbnails and deleting is one at a time or delete all.

It took a bit for the setting to down load but within 10 minutes my Blink out door camera was up and running again.
