I could not get any light indicators. Using the buttons could not feel any thing . If it’s an electrical current type pulse. I can use a tens unit to duplicate a pulse current. It’s an alternative to focus on the pulse and slow your brain thoughts from racing. If you can meditate or refocus thoughts it is same concept. This info is free from a diagnosed insomniac!
