Current slide {CURRENT_SLIDE} of {TOTAL_SLIDES}- Save on Die Cut & Embossing Machines
Primary use is with thin metal dies to save on my expensive acrylic plates but also sometimes these metal plates gives a crisper clean cut too. I use in various machines. Both the Gemini GO and my Spellbinder Platinum 8.5" machine. Often when using the big machine I switch out it's big plates and go with six inch plates which I criss cross and mix and match brands fo plates. As long as you know your machines this is not a thing to fear. Basic rule of thumb is anything wider or thicker than your opening is a NO NO but anything smaller go for it but adjust with shims and each brands plates for your sandwich. These in my opinion are not for the steel rule or bigger steel dies but many of those would be too thick to go through a Gemini Go. I do think the newer larger geminis accomodate the Steel Rule dies however. Just not the mini's and earlier models like the GO or the manual Mini. Will continue to buy these to keep a clean fresh supply on hand for those occasional MUST have super clean cuts for those very intricate dies. As long as they are less than 3" of cousre in width. These are 3" by 6" so tiny but perfect for the Gemini GO or Mini. They also safe wear on my acrylic cutting plates. You need to flip and rotate these too to help prevent warping. I haven't had a problem with that.Read full review
