I purchased this phone while vacationing and have yet to fully finish setting it up. As of this moment, I am pleased with this phone and would buy it again. One downfall, when using the headphones that came with the phone, the connection breaks off when I reposition the phone, which is frustrating because I mainly use headphones during times when the phone is in constant motion. I have not had to contact the seller, so I did not rate "seller communication."
