    It is water resistant. My wife and kids were able to set it up with just the instructions. They had never previously set up any tent whatsoever.

    Easy set up. Less than 10 min. 5 of us (4 adults and 1 child) slept very comfortably in it over a 3 night period. Easy break down as well. It is water resistant as the instruction tell you. You really only need sealer around the seems. The door way is a lil awkward but overall great tent.

    Teepee camping

    This tent is really roomy and gives a different perspective with 6 sides and large windows. I presprayed it with seam sealer but didn't get the very top, slight leak. I also messed up with bottom zipper, make sure you run it up the side a little, I didn't, left a little opening and water funneled in..oops

    Excellent tent

    Excellent tent. Unbelievably easy and quick set-up for two people. One person could do it, except that pole takes some elbow grease to get that last pin to pop out. Also HIGHLY recommend getting some “waterproofing” and apply before first use. I won’t make that mistake twice. Overall, two thumbs up.

    Great tent for the money.

    I've only used this tent once in good weather. I love the size. I water proofed it before I used it just to be sure. I actually love this tent. Love the fact there's no center pole.

    Teepee tent

    About all you can get into this tent comfortable is 2 cots and a small table. When erected the tent is so loosely secured that the wind buffets you al night . I like that a tall person can stand in it. The two poles provided have extensions. I was only able to fully extend one pole until it latched. I could not get the other one to latch using all my strength. I had to tape it to hold it.
