    Everyone should read this at lest twice

    This is probably the original self help book. Frankly this is an amazing book that lays out what seems to be a common sense approach to dealing with people. Though you will be frequently amazed at how little of it you actually do despite it seeming so obvious. I honestly cant recommend this book enough.
