Hmmmm- made in Pakistan perhaps? Not sure seems like nice knife. Haven’t cleaned off all the sticky residue wax/oil. I’m glad it was wrapped in plastic but the wrap and weird oil seems indicative of a cheap product that’s been massed produced and meant to sit in storage til the whole kit n kaboodle is eventually sold. On the good side the blade is hefty and seems like it’d be great for butchering meat or as a large camp knife/hatchet. Hope it stays sharp after putting a more descent edge on her.
