The color I ordered and shown in all correspondence from eBay, the blue and whit Helen of Troy hair tool did not arrive. In stead I was provided a black color. I decided to keep it but am not happy with it. The stiff teeth scratch my scalp I cannot read the model no, no return label or instructions were included. it did arrive in a timely manner. Directions are requested on how I should proceed to get what I ordered.

"(PLEASE READ THIS UPDATE ON THIS ITEM THE COMPANY HAS CHANGED THIS ITEM COLOR BUT IT IS THE SAME ITEM PLEASE UNDERSTAND)" these two companies have merge together hot tools and Helen of Troy they discontinue the blue and white and they're making it all black and giving you a 7 year warranty the choice is yours but that's the update.

Wrong headline & photo. Seller claims this is a Helen of Troy curling iron just like the one in the photos only now with a black handle. IT IS NOT. I have a Helen of Troy curling iron; this is nothing like it. The color is different, the bristles are hard instead of soft. It is completely different. The seller has a Make an Offer on his listing. Make a Note- this seller will reject every one of your offers even when it's within a few dollars of his "ask". He wasted a week of my time. Shameful.

The locks, the price, the super protective packaging used are fine. One padlock is missing keyhole cover which is lousy but can live w/that. What's not fine is this: ordered this 6/4. Requested cancellation 6/9, no response from seller who then flat out ignored my request, shipping locks out 3 days later! (I had found better locks for my needs.) Yes buyer can refuse a cancel but in my MANY yrs of being here, this is a 1st. Not a gd way to do business bec sometimes one just needs do the rt thing.

Ordered the Andis 2 trimmer new from picture which is clearly just a fake stock picture on buyers site. What I received in mail after long wait is 2 open boxes of cheap Gillette facial razors.(see pictures attached) Reached out to seller with no response. I am returning cheap razors and requesting a full refund. Buyers " do not buy from this seller". Worst buying experience ever and will not ever deal with this buyer again.

These razors are so much better than any of the expensive ones you can buy these days. They last alot longer than all of the razors I have purchased in the past. Only thing I can comment on is that when they arrived in the mail they were loose in a brown padded envelope not as pictured on ebay website. That didn't effect anything thou. Will buy again.
