The SQ powersupply is worth it. Be sure to use the stand-offs (provided) when putting in the motherboard. I had to purchase a separate wire for the power since i'm using a consumer grade mobo. Make no mistake. The fans are loud but a simple PWM script keeps them quite. Get a PWM combiner if you dont have more than 6 on the board. Came wired, the internal connector are 4 sff-8643.
