The item is great, the winch seems to be under powered to me. Says a 3000lb winch but definitely does not lift 2000lbs I think. All in all a great price. Packaging arrived all beat to hell but probably because it was FedEx. Had some missing hardware, cables were slightly damaged and the spool bolt to freewheel was bent. Seller is awesome did everything they could to remediate. Sent me some new mounting hardware and settled on a partial refund for bent spool bolt and cable damage.
