    No volume and flat tasteless sound.Waste of $$$$

    I have tried these on a number of different devices and no matter which brand ie; Apple, Samsung etc. The volume must be at 100% to hear anything and they sound flat and tinny no matter what eq setting you use on the buds or the device. I HIGHLY recommend trying something else.

    Defective

    The product is high-quality, has great noise cancellation, however, the right earbud cannot reconnect with your left and jbuds are controlled by the right bud. This means if you make a call or hold the button for too long the left stops syncing. This isn't a perfect product. Be wary.

    Poor Battery Life

    Earbuds are fine. They sound good, are comfortable and unobtrusive. My poor rating is due to the atrociously poor battery life. I’m lucky to get two and a half hours out of them. I might have got a pair with defective batteries in each earbud. I don’t know. All. Know is battery life is unacceptable.

    Earbuds are not interchangeable. You cannot use them separately.

    I'm deaf in one ear, therefore, I can only use one earbud at a time. Nowhere in the details did it say that you could only use the RIGHT earbud separately, so now I can only use one of the earbuds. I won't buy this brand again.
