    I got the bunny with a few small stains but were visible so I reached out and the seller handled it with such grace, I didn’t feel any bad energy when they replied not one bit and that made such an impact..they refunded the money and told me to kept Clover.     If Item was dirty I did not catch it when listing. Buyer given full refund and allowed to keep item. She was happy with that stating she would like to change feedback score but didn't know how.
