they send me from the the 5 units I ordered for dell 6420 intel core i7 4 of them a totally other models of laptops...2 are 6520 and the other 2 are 6530 and two are core i5. In the first agreement they proposed to give a partial refund of $100 and I agree, and they they send me message that they would refund me only if I remove the negative feedback...this is not the way to bussiness

Neither computer was as described. No Windows 10 in fact no hard drive. Missing screws on both base covers. Broken and missing parts. No reply from seller. No communication from seller. I made repairs needed and without any help from this seller. Not a trustworthy person by actions and deeds. Bad form.
