  • Caffeine addiction needs to be stopped

I’ve found this book through someone I look up to who had quit caffeine and made me make the leap. I read the book after starting quitting to reinforce why I’m doing this in the first place. The science is astounding how were misinformed on how much were actually drinking and harmful affects these doses actually have on us and that when brought to my attention was an easy link to caffeine being the sole contributor. 5 weeks totally caffeine free at this point and I’ve already had major changes. Less muscle tension, more stable energy levels NO MORE 6 OCLOCK DEPRESSION CRASH. I thought it was just work or whatever but when caffeine was gone I have none of that. Highly recommend, and I’d take what’s said in this book to heart, especially the benefits it claims to offer by quitting.
