The desktop didn't boot up so I contacted the seller. Got response in one day telling me the RAM may not be installed properly. I removed the RAM and put them back. It worked. This ASUS desktop model has a design flaw in the RAM slot. You have to push down really hard when install the RAM. The seller did a good job helping customers overcome this problem.
