Shrink seems a bit too close to the plug. The last set of these I purchased (another seller) was the same and a wire broke off at a pin because there was no way for the "strain relief" to operate. I would think there needs to be like 1/2" gap at the end of the shrink tube and the plug itself. But I am not a wire guy.
