These mirrors have four attachment bolts. My mirrors on my 1998 Ford E450 Itaska motor hone has only three attachment bolts so I returned them. I though I found the correct mirrors and ordered again. They were the exact same mirrors, so I returned them. The add says these will fit my truck, but they don't. I searched the internet and found others with the saqme problem. Ford must of had two different door mirrors.
