Yup! Since degrading small packages from First Class to Ground Advantage - the delivery standard stretched from 2 - 3 days to 5 - 7. That is what the USPS 'target' has become...and they are often NOT meeting that either! Pathetic. Using any other carrier would DOUBLE the shipping costs...so I'm stuck with the Postal DIS-service.
