    An exceptional education

    The tales related are exceptional. The book covered a few years in the life of Louis L’Amour and he makes the reader feel a part of his travels. I especially appreciate the list of books read through these years. I originally borrowed this book. I found it so compelling that I wanted a copy for my personal library.

    Education of a Wantering Man

    Interviewing Louis L'Amour was one of the highlights of my life and, after talking with him for several hours, I wanted to know more about the things that had shaped the life of this great American. The book is a good look into what makes a man--completely outside the traditional classroom learning that we over-value today.

    Great book by the famous author, himself!

    I bought this for my husband, who has read most of Louis L'Amour's books. He loved it! It's a very interesting book about a very prolific author.
