    My experience with this buyer, I recall it is Stiffany, I bought a bakelite mahjong set that came up with 5 trays. She shipped it fast and it arrived in 8 days. However when I received it, the trays turned to be plastics unfortunately. I told her that it is alright I don't have any complaints whatsoever. Then she immediately gave me back 50% refunds. Although I didn't ask her to and never really intended to. But boy I was surprised, this says a lot about her as a seller. Definitely recommend her
