I have ordered and used this product for some time. It is a good product and the ingredients are those I want and need to help my joints especially my old knees. I do not want surgery. The only "wish" I would have for this item is that its potency was a bit higher so I would not need to take so many capsules. However, with that said, I have tried other formulations that have greater potency and they have NOT worked as well. So, I am well satisfied. Just often wish for "more". I do recommend this product if you have joint problems. It works for me.I have ordered and used this product for some time. This "triple strength" product does not seem to be the same potency of similar products. It would be a good value if it were, but as far as I can tell it is more like single strength. Be sure to compare and check the per pill potency (this seems to require 4 pills to get the same active ingredients in a pill of the product I used before. For example Nature Made triple has 750 mg Glucosamine/dose whereas this product has only 25% of that amount! I don't blame the seller, but I have to say I am very disappointed!This "triple strength" product does not seem to be the same potency of similar products. It would be a good value if it were, but as far as I can tell it is more like single strength. Be sure to compare and check the per pill potency (this seems to require 4 pills to get the same active ingredients in a pill of the product I used before. Is advertised as triple strength but it takes 8 capsules to make a triple strength daily dose. Other brands only take 2 capsules to supply same amount. Not a good buy if you figure it up.

I cannot live without these supplements. They work well, as I have a bad spine and hips. It makes me more flexible and I don't hear cracking and popping sounds when I move. I can't play my drums without this, and I've been using this product for years. It helps with my arthritis and joints tremendously. Price is right for such a great product, I purchase a bottle every two months just so I won't run out.I cannot live without these supplements. They work well, as I have a bad spine and hips. I don't know how this can be described a triple strength when it takes 4 capsules to make a serving size and my previous product only took 2 capsules to get the sane amount. I ususally check the dose but I was fooled by the description "triple strength"
