The worst customer service I've experienced on Ebay, the seller did everything in their power not to fulfil their return policy. Through weeks of messages they were unhelpful and likely just delaying for time so that the return window expired. In the end I had to escalate to Ebay to simply return these items due to a fault of the seller not sending the correct item.
My advice: FIND ANOTHER SELLER.
But the items were as described and arrived in okay time.
