    Nice Book

    Well, i really liked that this book, it's a nice book though, even know some information are not true, i really enjoyed having this book. You can learn many things from this book, and you can also find cure for some health problems, is very easy to find stuff in this book, and can be a very useful book, if you like ''natural medicines''. In my opinion, this book is not the best money can buy, but it's a nice book, with a lot of information.

    This is a great reference book! It's just like the book states, "Healing wisdom at your fingertips". This book talks about healing foods and lists which foods those are, such as the "Bananna" which is natures perfect fast food. This book also teaches you about vitamins, Minerals and other Supplements. There are herbal rememdies which is very interesting to read about! There is information about medications also. When and if you purchase this book please take the time to sit down and read it! There is a lot of useful-helpful information in this book! I firmly belive that we live in a world today where doctors feel a pill is a cure for everything. We need to get back to what works-natures way! I got a great buy on this book and for the price I have gained a lot of ...

    Good to Go!

    This book, while copyrighted much earlier, has loads of information for the beginner or young mom. Since I'm in natural medicine, there are a few new discoveries not mentioned in this book, but it makes a great starter book!
