    Nice product but it doesn't have variable heat, it is either on full or off. The thermostat keeps it switching on and off at the "lower" temps so it's not great if you want lower temps to just warm up items. It will burn milk at lowest setting, but if you're right there watching, you can catch it in time. Otherwise I love the small size and portability
