    Good value. Wide HT40 150N speed. Router accepts 3rd party firwmare DD-WRT.

    Power receptacle jack on rear is loose and sometimes router loses power, but if I organize the power cable and ethernet cables then the power is good and constant. Otherwise everything is good. Wifi connection is quite good enough for 2 to 3 megabytes download speed. I managed to load DD-WRT v3.0-r36104 firmware into the router. OpenWrt firmware may also be possible. Recommend to buy.

    Old WiFi Technology

    Unfortunately, very slow WiFi speeds. LAN is fine, but it you want fast WiFi with good range, definitely pass on this older model router.

    small and powerful

    This unit is small enough to fit on shelf and not be in the way like some units with external antennas. I thought the range would be limited because the antenna is internal but that is not the case. I works just fine all over my house which is why I purchased it. I use all four ports on a 18mbs router and have no problem with speed even with two laptops, desktop, and Roku TV running off from, it. Linksys quality and pricing left room to buy more things for my network. Very pleased with this purchase.

    My only router choice

    I manage several vacation condos in Mexico and always install new routers to provide my valued guest a better experience. I find this N300 to be the best for price, ease of use, convenience and reliability. I would highly recommend to others.

    Cisco Linksys E1200

    Easy to configure, didn't need the software from Linksys to install it. Pretty much plug and play. Port fowarding or setting up a DMZ for web server is a breeze. No problem with connecting wireless devices and has a good range.
