I ordered a 3XL and it was too big. I quickly re ordered a 2XL. The price was much higher but that was okay as it was not on sale like the 3XL was. Communication was good and so was service. I was not charged for shipping on this item although I did pay both shipping and return shipping on the 3XL. So I guess this this is fair.
