    The technical made simple

    This gal really puts the cookies on the bottom shelf! If you 'elect' to take a drug, you can find out how to combat its effects (and there almost always are side effects, interactions and surprises, both in scheduling and in the unexpected). It has a prominent place in my Wellness Library, and I have bought numerous copies of it and her 24 Hour Pharmacy book to pass along to those who need education and comfort. One MUST become an advocate of one's own health, or be a slave to those with degrees who have little knowledge of medicine in spite of their white coats. Good on ya, Suzy !

    Excellent resource on medication

    I highly recommend this book for anyone who takes prescription and over the counter medications, particularly if you take several. Many medications rob our body of essential nutrients that are essential for health. As someone who had sustained permanent damage from pharmaceuticals, I will use this book as a reference prior to taking any additional medications.
