I don't really know what a new version of these headphones sound like but if I had to guess they sound basically perfect; they do the job great for such a cheap price. However, they don't come with a charging cable or headphone jack. The bluetooth pairing is quite janky, however, but for the price I can't really complain. Great noise cancellation but it comes at a cost to sound quality

The sound is great, the noise canceling works well, and they’re super comfortable. Battery life is solid, and even though they’re refurbished, they looked and felt like new. Only downside is the mic — not the best, but okay for casual calls. Overall, great value. I’m happy with my purchase.
