Item was advertised as new. It arrived damaged. I contacted the seller and they responded by asking me if the item was still usable and asked if I would accept a partial refund. I responded by asking how much of a partial refund? It has been two weeks and I have sent multiple messages to the seller with no response. I am out of time to order another item so I had to use the damaged part and pay the full price.
