Item did not match description. Was sold as New item but item arrived with clear indication of previous use and mounting. Packaging was a mess with missing documents and the item had marring from previous use. Item also was not the same model as what was shown in description. The box and packaging matched the original description but the item inside was a different model. Item was supposed to be a new-in-box MRAD model but a used & mounted MOA model inside of a worn MRAD model box was shipped.

While we did send you the wrong scope, what you're neglecting to mention is that we immediately apologized and offered to fully take care of this for you nearly a month ago. We are still willing to take care of shipping and fully refund you. Instead, you chose and continue to choose to keep it anyway, not returning this incorrect scope and letting us fix this situation for you. If you wanted to keep the scope by all means, but I would never ask you or anyone to keep a product they did not order.

Seller tried passing off USED card readers as “New Open Box - UNUSED”. When contacted they refused to make it right stating the readers were only “Tested” and were unused when they were sitting in the warehouse. Readers clearly showed signs of being installed and used for a period of time before selling. (This includes twisted wires from install, screw marks, paint residue, dust buildup and scratches from normal use). I had to file a INAD case to resolve and eBay had to force a return.

New - Open Box permits the product to " have been used for testing or demo purposes." That is all we did with this product before placing them in storage, whether you believe us or not. Our listing also informs buyers to message us if they have any doubts about the quality of the product, which you did not. Then, upon returning the item to us, you did not include the protective covering for two of them, lowering the quality of the product and opening them to potential harm.
