Hasselblad packaging was damaged, thankfully contents were fine, but the listing didn’t mention or imply this damage. Packaging would be deal breaker were I more of a collector. It would have been impossible to miss when it was being packed for shipping. Seller gave apology over chat and gave me the option of a return. I’m choosing to keep the item, but would have: A. preferred to receive the item in the pictured condition, Or: B. have a listing that accurately portrayed the item’s condition.

Really well packed but still UPS managed to drop it so hard the three tubes were broken. Not the seller's fault whatsoever and he kindly offered to take it back.
How many times do we hear of this kind of complete incompetence by UPS.
