    Received you package, yesterday. I use them because I have osteoarthritis in both knee joints. The right knee joint can be very painful & the heat packs help out a lot. This is a picture of me about one year ago. I am now 80 years old. Narcotic tablets were ineffective. Cortisone injections were ineffective. -AND- hyaluronic injections were also 100% ineffective. I have turned down knee replacement surgery. I have also tried two different knee embraces. 100% ineffective. -BYE-
