The one I received seems working all right except the antennae comes off easy which is hardly held by the wire. I think the antennae was already broken when you sent the package, or that might had been damaged while on transit because there was no cushion like plastic bubble around the device in the package I received. I don't want a refund but like to send you the router back for REPLACEMENT Theresa.
