All the wrapping and tags were still on the bag, which was a really great experience to take the paper off and I loved that. It was a bit scary to have it shipped all the way to The Netherlands, but that also went smoothly (it took about 2,5 weeks). I recommend this seller.

Original item received was most definitely brand new but the zipper was broken. Seller was prompt to respond to my communication, provided pre-paid return label, and reserved a replacement for me, which was immediately shipped out to me upon receipt of the damaged item. It was obviously not the seller's fault that the original item had a manufacturer's defect and there was no way they could have known since it was still packaged from the manufacturer. Perfect customer service to replace!!
