None of those describe this part thankfully. I'm glad I bought it. It's new and fit great, and it came in a decent box with bubble wrap. The price was a major factor, it's a bit lower than similar ones, which is why I was hesitant. The plastic/urethane is very durable (1/8" thick), and the front lip is pretty strong. I love the way it looks, and I couldn't be happier!
