Package arrived in terrible condition. Plastic bag holding nuts and bolts had a hole in it. One split lock washer and one washer were missing. Otherwise product was brand new, assembly was easy, and parts fit together nicely. Have used it a couple of times and it seems very durable. The harrow can be fit with 4 concrete blocks for extra weight. I'm pleased with it.
