    Bisquick Impossible Pies are easy and delicious!

    I am amazed at how versatile Bisquick is! I had a few recipes "back in the day" and then mostly forgot about it. Then I had to go gluten free and rediscovered it. I usually make the recipe as stated the first time and then go wild the second time. From appetizer to dessert, Bisquick does it all! I now have three Bisquick cookbooks but the impossible pies are my favorite. They are quick to make and taste great. Ingredients that are easy to find and make a great meal.Bisquick

    Betty Crocker Bisquick Impossibly Easy Pies book

    I saw this book in the library and it had so many good recipes that I had to have a copy of my own. I work full time and don't have alot of time in the evening to make elaborate meals. This book has so many choices of great recipes that use few ingredients and don't take alot of time to make. It is amazing to see how pouring the liquid over the meats and vegetables actually makes a crust on the bottom when it is baked. You can't go wrong with this book. I just wish I had gotten it earlier as I am fixing to retire and this would have been a great book to have the whole time I have been working.

    Lots of easy recipes!

    Impossible Pies are an incredibly easy solution to dinner. They are a bit retro in their origin but it's a great way to use up leftover veggies and meats that are not enough for another meal. Add some cheese, milk, and Bisquick and you're all set!

    One cookbook that I can see making a lot of the recipes

    Impossibly easy pies are just that - impossibly easy. I've made the Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger Pie and the Impossibly Easy Ham and Cheese Pie. They're easy, inexpensive to make and my family loved them.

    Betty Crocker Bisquick Impossibly Easy Pies

    What a GREAT book! Easy clean cover, spiral binding, color pictures and easy recipes makes this book nice to give to a single man, or newly wed. I found the first book in a thrift shop and liked it so much I bought two more copies for friends. I had tried the recipe on the Bisquick box and didn't realize there were other recipes. It has meat pies to custard pies.
