    I was so excited to see The book was a hard cover and am ecstatic that it is and for the amazing price. I can’t put the book down. Here is this woman who is trying to find herself on this long hard trail alone. All I can think this woman has guts. She is doing something I can only dream of doing . I would not have the guts to do this and do it alone. We should all find a way to find ourselves.

    My Book Club votes on our books six months ahead of time, this was my selection, and I am so glad it made the cut! All I can say is ~ WOW! This book grabbed me from Page One, and I couldn't put it down. The book was so well-written I read it in three days. I was right there with Cheryl, even before she hit the trail. I laughed, I cried, and I sympathized with her as she overcame her many, many obstacles. After encountering some challenges in her life, she faced a fork in the road. With no experience as an outdoorswoman, she was, by an earlier chance encounter, driven to hike the Pacific Crest Trail to overcome her demons.
