      Helpful book for people diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder & their loved ones

      I purchased this book from ebay because I was looking for a book that would help me better understand Bipolar Disorder. A friend of mine told me he was diagnosed a few years back and since I've been reading as much as I can to be better informed. This has probably been the most helpful book I've read so far. Paul E. Jones talks more about how it feels and his own experiences so that the reader feels like they can relate to the author, or can understand what their loved one is going through. The book is filled with helpful advice in a way that doesn't talk down to the reader. He gets it; He's been there, done that. There are chapters on "Getting on the Path to Getting Better", what it feels like to have Bipolar Disorder, diagnosis, medications, staying well, making peace with your past, and ...
