    Get a GRYP

    IF you are finding Kettlebells pricing to be off-putting then this will fit your bill. I tried mine with a 20lb dumbbell, it works just fine. I can do all the exercises, though I would caution on some of the extensions to begin with as the center of gravity is moved outward, so lighter weight to start will help. The unit has a good latch mechanism and so far no slippage in the hold area.

    Great way to convert a dumbbell to a kettlebell!

    This fit my Iron Grip dumbbells and my Olympic dumbbell handle. It's great for rows and squats. It does make for a pretty big kettlebell if you use a heavier dumbbell, but it is still a great value and idea.

    My Kettlegrype experiance and why you should buy one.

    If you are being forced into home workouts in the shutdown and you don't want to pay a small fortune in Kettlebells then buying 1 of these KettleGrypes completely changes your workouts. You can do everything you can with a Kettlebell with one of these, swings, squats, cleans etc. I only have weight to 25lbs and that is nothing for dumbells but in the kettlebell world it is a pretty good workout. A real lifesaver at the moment, I plan on buying one more.
